I had a really good time selling my stuff, and it all went down pretty quickly. The manager over at the Durham NC branch, Averisto, was super friendly and handled everything like a pro. He worked with my price without much back-and-forth.

We worked out a price, and I was good to go. Sure, I might've gotten a bit more if I sold it myself, but dealing with random folks and the DMV for the title transfer just wasn’t my cup of tea. No regrets here! I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I need to sell another ride.

Plus, it seems like whoever Brandon got the green light from hinted that the $10,341 offer was a mistake -- what's up with that?

Also, we’re not sure how your code reader operates, but my wife just went through MD State Emissions and she PASSED! I really don’t get where all those codes came from during the intake process.

The overall experience was alright, but the pricing felt like a classic bait and switch. I received only 25% of what it was worth online and 50% of the KBB value. Perhaps giving it 4 stars is a bit generous?
